What is Crown 2029?

A match-3 game: line up three or more identical gems, score points, race the clock. No account, no sign-up — open the app and play.

Frequently asked questions

I bought “Remove ads” but still see ads.

Open the in-game settings and tap Restore purchases. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time, including on a new device. If that does not help, write to us and we will sort it out.

I have a new iPhone. Do I have to pay again?

No. As long as you use the same Apple ID, Restore purchases brings it back.

Why am I asked about tracking?

The game is funded by advertising. iOS asks whether your advertising identifier may be used for that. You may decline: you will still see ads, just not personalised ones. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

When do ads appear?

A full-screen ad appears after a game ends — starting with your third game and then only every other time. The rewarded video is optional: you tap it yourself and get 15 bonus seconds.

My score does not appear on the leaderboard.

The global leaderboard runs through Apple Game Center. Check under Settings → Game Center whether you are signed in. Without signing in the game is fully playable; only the global list stays empty.

The game stutters or crashes.

Close the app completely and restart it. If the problem persists, write to us with your device model and iOS version — crash reports help a lot.

How do I delete my data?

The game stores only local data on your device: your best score and sound settings. Deleting the app removes them. Details are in the privacy policy.

Refunds

Purchases in the App Store are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using your Apple ID.
